As well as working with artisans in India, I want this to be a home for anyone, anywhere who believes in the power of colour to change the way we feel - and who enjoys expressing their colours freely. And so you'll find their work here. I hope you love them as much as I do

Brightening up any room, even when switched off - or magical in clusters in the garden.

The natural dyes used to hand paint these lanterns makes them colour-fast.

These aluminium lanterns were traditionally used across India as oil lamps and are still used in many rural Indian villages where electricity is still a dream.

Now they are re-configured to a Suzie Bidlake design and transformed into rechargeable fairy-light lanterns. Bringing convenience to you and light to the lives of the rural artisans whose craft they celebrate.

These are rustic, hand-painted items whose imperfections and idiosyncracies are part of their charm.
